Having second thoughts? No hard feelings!

Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following for your return to be approved:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of your order date
  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Should the criteria mentioned above not be fulfilled, the product will be sent back to you and you won’t be refunded.

We kindly ask you to create one return per order number. As each returned in linked to your order number, you need to file one return per order number. This is for our system and warehouse to be able to process your return as smoothly as possible.

If your order was canceled, it likely due to one of these reasons:

You placed an order to an area where we do not ship. Please check the list of these areas: What countries do you ship to ?

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any of the reasons mentioned above. If your order is canceled you will receive an email that confirms the cancelation of your order and the refund will be issued at the same time. The refund should appear back into your account in 1-7 business days.

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to three business days that our warehouse requires to process, pick, pack and prepare your order for shipping.

Our delivery time is currently:

  • 3-8 business days* for Europe, US & Canada
  • 2-4 business days* for Maghreb countries

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation from us with details on how to track your order

*In periods with sales, special offers, launches, etc. the timeframe above may be extended with up to three more business days, meaning that it can take up to six business days before your order is shipped.

If you’ve received the wrong item(s), please contact us  and include an overview photo of the product you’ve received, the tag showing the product code and your order number. We’ll do our best to handle this as quickly as possible!

Maybe. If you want to change your order you must be really really fast! However, we cannot change the size or color of a product, we can only change the quantity of a product to be lower or completely remove something from your order.

This is all about inventory levels that are based by the unique id’s, which is connected to our cart system and not our accounting system. Plus, our payment platform is not allowed to capture more money after the initial transaction.

Payment & Orders

The reimbursement is always issued to the same bank account used to place the order, therefore it does not matter if the card is no longer in use.

However, if the account is closed, contact your bank once you receive the refund confirmation by email and they will help redirect the transaction to an account of your choice.

We accept the following payment options :

  • Visa, MasterCard ( Worldwide )
  • Paypal ( Worldwide)
  • Cash on delivery

In order for our team to assist you, please contact us providing the following details:

  • The platform being used (desktop/mobile)
  • Country you are visiting us from
  • Browser used (Safari/Edge/Chrome/Firefox/etc)
  • The exact point of checkout (Do you get to the payment screen? / Does this happen after?)
  • Screenshot of the issue including the web browser tab
  • Have you tried using a different browser or platform?

Make sure you include all the details above so we can assist you as they are very important to identify the source of the problem. Sometimes just trying a different browser can solve this issue.

All orders from chorafa.com are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)*. This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you’ve placed your order.
